Classes are divided into age groups that meet each child's developmental, physical, social and emotional needs as per our AWARD-WINNING Martial Arts Youth program.
- Little Ninjas: 3-5 y.o. (30-min class)
- Little Samurai: 6-8 y.o. (40-min class)
- Red Dragons: 9-12 y.o. (45-min class)
- White Tigers: 9-12 y.o. Mixed Martial Arts class (45-min class)
- Teens & Adults: 60-min class

We are now holding all our Kids & Adults classes at BX1 Gym, North Shore's first high-end boxing & fitness club.
Just across the street from Mosman Martial Arts Academy's previous venue, at 140 Military Rd, Neutral Bay.
BX1 Gym is a spectacular 500sqm space with state-of-the-art facilities, including a full-size boxing ring, two floors and generous 6m-high ceilings.
